Lemons stuffed with a yogurt cream
To spring still far away, and I want something Sunny and spring-like! Here, I tried to make a drop of honey.

Ingredients

  • Lemon

    4 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Cream

    1 cup

  • Powdered sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Cranberries

The lemons in half lengthwise, take out pulp.

Mix yogurt, cottage cheese, sugar, add lemon juice - 2.l.(pressed from the pulp), and beat with a mixer. Add a handful of cranberries and stir, being careful not to crush the berries.

Whip the cream with a mixer until thick foam. Gently mix with cottage cheese-yogurt mixture. Fill lemon halves with the resulting cream. To decorate our dessert few berries cranberries. If it were spring, it would be possible to add lemon balm!!!
