Baked apples
In the autumn, when the cold is gradually covering the ground, start the first frosts, and often the rain, I want something warm, tasty and fragrant... and when it is also useful!

Ingredients

  • Apple

    8 piece

  • Honey

    10 tsp

  • Hazelnuts

    50 g

  • Cinnamon

Cooking

Take apples Antonovka. Can be any, but I prefer the Antonovka, for its distinctive taste, aroma and favor. Scrub the middle, not cutting through the Apple through.

Grind nuts in a blender.

Sprinkle the top with ground nuts, I had hazelnut.

Sprinkle with cinnamon. Honestly, I don't like cinnamon, but this dish without it I do not see.

Bake at a temperature of 200град. 20-30 minutes (depends on size of apples).

Spread the apples on a plate and pour the resulting sauce. Apples can be eaten hot, warm or completely cooled down.

I prefer warm when the sauce is formed by baking a mixture of honey and Apple juice, it gets some malleability...
