Description
My boys love homemade fresh juices, but here in the store, I noticed that on the cardboard packaging, which was sold to orange juice, there are a couple of interesting, in my opinion, recipes. Here is the first, recently published, and others, if possible delicious. I want to note that this cookie is not is sweet because it is served with orange marmalade and it should be covered with another pastry. My case didn't come to that, because just then I saw that orange marmalade we did not have, but do not worry if you do either - delicious cookies with any jam! Also be warned - the aroma of this that the neighbors will ask with a hint of: - "What is this delicious smell?" Here's the recipe.

Cooking
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl combine butter, 2 eggs, orange juice, orange zest and if you have orange extract. Beat with a mixer at medium speed.
Gradually add the flour. Knead the dough. Divide dough into 2 parts, wrap in cellophane and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Remove the dough and on a lightly floured table roll out the dough to 3 mm is a very easy process.
Make cookies of any shape which you like.
Connect the protein with water and mix. Grease cookie. Sprinkle large sugar.
In the oven at 190°C for 10 minutes. Spread jam one cookie and cover with another. If you want, you can sprinkle sugar powder.
