About chestnut roulade
Why "About"? Because instead of chestnuts in the recipe, use the potatoes. Roll cooked very quickly, without baking, and it turns out very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    350 g

  • Walnuts

    150 g

  • Cookies

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

    250 g

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Vanilla

    1 g

Cooking

Boil potatoes in their skins, cool, clean.

To cook biscuits and walnuts.

Grind in a processor biscuits with nuts and icing sugar. Add vanilla.

In powdered mixture add potatoes, butter and cognac. Mix in the processor.

Half of the mass to be postponed.

In the other half add the cocoa and stir.

In cling film to spread the light a lot, cover the top with foil, roll out into a thin layer, trying to give it a rectangular shape.

To do the same with the dark mass.

Now spread one layer to another, holding tightly to each other.

Using the film roll tight roll. Remove it for a couple of hours in the cold. Roll freeze will not, but it cools down and it will be good to keep its form.

Get exempted from the film.

Melt the chocolate, cover top of loaf. With a fork make grooves of chocolate.

Once the chocolate on top is frozen, can be cut into pieces and serve!
