Pasta Cold
Pasta fredda. This dish I cook in the summer is often when we make a sortie at sea, or just for lunch or dinner. Especially like this pasta children. Made today for my daughter, which she was very happy.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    350 g

  • Mozzarella

    200 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    8 piece

  • Ham

    150 g

  • Cucumber

    5 piece

  • Pate

    2 tsp

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Corn

    1 can

First boil the pasta in salted water, in any case not digest. It should be "al dente". As soon as it is ready, drain the water and put in a bowl to cool, mix it with olive oil. In order to further the paste is not cooked, I put the pan into cold water with ice.

While our pasta cooled, remove tomato seeds and chop finely. Do the same with ham (I have chicken sausages), pickles and mozzarella. Spread the corn and stir.
