Veal with garlic-Yugoslavian
Remarkably simple and tasty dish! A series of those that threw itself to prepare))) and while you can do other things...

Ingredients

  • Veal

    500 g

  • Garlic

    3 piece

  • Water

    3 cup

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Fat

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

1. Meat cut into small pieces and put in pan.

2. From above to lay cleaned teeth of garlic.

3. Season with salt, add vinegar (I used balsamic) and spices. Pour water and add the fat (I put topl. oil).

4. Cook over medium heat until it boils away the water and leaving only the fat. I have it all languished for about 1 hour.

5. A pleasant appetite! The meat is tender)))
