Pie with a secret filling
The filling really is so secret that if I cake is not baked, I would not have guessed what it is. My household still wondering: what is it? But I patiently silent. You do not worry, the spiders and snake venom is not there...

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Potatoes

    200 g

  • Sugar

    175 g

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Nuts

    100 g

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Egg white

  • Essence

  • Rum

    1 Tbsp

  • Orange zest

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

The margarine to put in the freezer. [b]first, prepare a filling.[/b] Oatmeal fry in a dry frying pan with 2 tablespoons of sugar.

When the sugar begins to melt and the flakes get caramelized, remove from heat and cool. Here they are should get.

Lubricate protein and bake in the oven until it will turn brown. In my oven the cake was baked for 40 minutes at t* 220*C.
