Terrine of pork with prunes
Minced meat can be cooked many delicious and creative dishes. I offer one - terrine of pork. It is quite suitable for the holiday table or if You just decided to treat my family. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    700 g

  • Prunes

    100 g

  • Cognac

    50 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Bacon

    250 g

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Baton

    2 slice

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Thyme

    2 tsp

  • Pork

    200 g

Prunes wash and pour a cognac for 30 minutes. Onions and garlic peel and finely chop. Beat egg with cream and soak in the mixture for the loaf for five minutes. Pork cut into thin slices.

Chopped meat mixed with mustard, onions, garlic, grain mass, salt and pepper, add thyme and mix well.

Rectangular baking dish, covered with slices of bacon, then layer half of the mass of minced meat

Then the prunes.

To lay all the bacon slices and wrap in foil.

Put the mold on a baking sheet filled with water - the form of a terrine needs to be 2/3 submerged (I used a baking sheet, and the deep rectangular shape), and bake in the oven for 2 hours 30 minutes at a temperature of 150 degrees.

To get the terrine out of the oven. Remove the foil, the resulting liquid carefully to pour. To give the terrines cool completely.

To shift the terrine on a dish and cut into slices.

Serve with cranberry sauce.
