Cooking
Fish clean, cut into pieces. You can add tails, fins, head... Peel carrots and onions.
In boiling water, throws the fish, onions, carrots, spices. Remove the noise, reduce fire (e.g. "2" of "6") and cook after boiling for 15 minutes. Gelatin to dissolve in the broth according to instructions, drain if necessary. For 1 liter of broth took me 30 grams of gelatin.

Pour the broth with gelatin. Put in refrigerator until firm.
