Mouth-watering Apple puff
Simple to prepare, but very tasty puff with apples! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Apple

    2 kg

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Butter

    300 g

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

In the sifted flour, add the softened margarine, RUB into crumbs

In a measuring Cup knock 3 eggs and add sour cream to the mark 250g (so I wrote sour cream 200 g, but you can have less). Mix well.

In the flour with the margarine little by little pour the egg-sour cream mixture. Knead the dough. Immediately divide into parts, I came up with 6 balls. Put in the freezer for an hour. Ideally, the dough can be prepared in the evening and leave overnight in the fridge.

Prepare the cream: in cold milk, add starch and sugar, put on fire and cook, stirring until boiling. Cooled.

Meanwhile, chop the apples into slices, cook syrup of water and sugar, cinnamon and cook the apples in the syrup, refrigerated.

In oil in a thin stream add the milk mixture and whisk.

To the oil mixture add the apples to the syrup and stir. The cream is ready.

Removed from the refrigerator dough and bake until Golden brown cakes. Cakes turn out hard with uneven edges and bumps.

* Brush the cakes and put in refrigerator overnight.
