Tagliatelle with chanterelles
Very simply and VERY well, just divinely delicious!

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    400 g

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Olive oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Parmesan

    100 g

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Parsley

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Heat the olive and butter in a saucepan and fry the chopped garlic 2-3 min. Add the cleaned chanterelles and then give them a sprinkle with salt and pepper. So the mushrooms will better absorb the flavors more fully and reveal your delicate taste. Simmer without covering for about 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, put water on the pasta. Wait until boil, add salt, olive oil and boil until al dente.

The mushrooms pour in the cream and simmer until lightly thickened.

Ready tagliatelli put in a saucepan the mushrooms and warmed up.

Finely chop the parsley.

Spread on a plate, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
