Cooking
Grind cloves into a powder.
Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat egg whites with salt in a solid foam.
Separately to drive the yolks with the sugar, add the vanilla, cardamom, cloves, softened butter and buttermilk.
Mix flour with soda, add to batter and mix well.
Gently add the whites into the batter just before baking.
Put the dough in molds and bake until tender at 180 degrees. Ready donuts sprinkled with powdered sugar.
