My manna
I have tried many recipes of manna, improved, and the result is the manna of my own cooking. This is my first recipe on the Pillsbury.

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    150 g

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Yogurt

    500 g

  • Raisins

    50 g

Cook the apples. To do this, peel and cut pieces, add half of the sugar and cook on high heat for 5 minutes after boiling. Stir. Turn off and add cinnamon, vanilla and raisins. If desired, you can cut 2-3 plums or apricots, or prunes. Cool

Mix the semolina, the other half of the sugar and yoghurt. Leave at least half an hour

Beat the eggs with the resulting batter and mix with Apple harvesting. This time instead of raisins I added 2 plum, the dough was on the thick as for pancakes

Lubricate the form of oil and put the dough. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 45 minutes. Readiness check wooden stick.
