Tartlets with cottage cheese and fruit mousse
Appeared in the sale of feijoa - a storehouse of vitamin C and iodine. Pass by this fruit, I can not. Only here on jam there's no time. So get these here dessert tartelette. Yes, and to my delight, a friend gave a wonderful mango. For the competition "Queen of the cocktail."

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Sugar

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    0.5 kg

  • Feijoa

    0.5 kg

  • Mint

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Mango

    0.5 piece

From flour, eggs and milk to prepare the batter. I am here my son helped!

To the batter add sugar and cocoa. Mix and fry in vegetable wt crepes.

If the pancakes are large (like me), then they can slightly reduce cut with a knife "blank" needed for future tarts size. Put the finished blank on faceted glass and send in the microwave for 1.5 - 2 minutes at maximum power. If you put several glasses with the blanks, the time increase.

To prepare the filling. Mix cottage cheese with cream and sugar. (I pre-killed sugar with a coffee grinder into a powder)

Feijoa wash, peel and cut into slices.

Add slices of feijoa and mint leaves to the cream cheese. Process everything in a blender into a homogeneous smooth mass.

Mango peel and cut into thin strips.

Spread curd mousse on tartlets, decorate with slices of mango and mint. Bon appetit!
