Honey steak
Meat combined with sweet and sour sauce... it's something!!!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    6 piece

  • Honey

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    5 Tbsp

  • Oregano

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Butter

    25 g

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

Steaks cut into portions. I had 6.

RUB the oregano, pepper and salt.

Peel the garlic and cut into stripes. The force be. Settle our meat in a container and put to marinate in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Marinated meat fry until Golden brown (frying oil I added).

While the meat is fried, make our sauce: honey soy sauce. There is nothing easier.

In a frying pan melt the butter and proverjaem sauce, stirring constantly. When you start to ascend the cap of bubbles - shoot. The sauce is ready.

"Gold-plated" meat put on a baking sheet and pour the sauce.

Roast in the oven until cooked. Periodically turn to impregnated with the sauce. Cooking time can vary, somebody loves the meat drier, and someone with blood.
