Rye cakes with honey
Delicious and healthy scones. For the sweet tooth you can increase the amount of honey in half.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Rye flour

    3 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cooking

Softened butter RUB with small amount of flour.

Beat the egg, all grind.

Add the honey and again rubs.

Mix the flour with soda and add to peremeshannuyu mass.

Knead the dough by hand to this state, so that it can be molded into pellet. Roll the dough into a bundle, cut into equal pieces, make them tortillas and put on baking tray.(Photo unfortunately forgot to do,was fascinated by the process :-D ). Bake in pre-heated oven at the temperature 200-180*C for 20 minutes.

Ready-made cakes to pool in an enamel pan, cover and allow them to cool slightly.
