Cooking
Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Sift the flour. Molds grease with vegetable oil.
Whisk milk, vegetable oil, vanilla and egg in a large bowl.
Pour in the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and combine with the milk-egg mixture.
Blueberries wash, dry paper towel, add to the dough and mix gently.
Spread the dough with a spoon into molds, filling 1/3 of the volume.
Bake 20-25 min. until Golden brown. Check for readiness with a toothpick.
Finished cakes remove from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon appetit, cooks!
