Italian roll stuffed with crab sticks
A great snack on the festive table. Tender, rich loaf-Frittata with broccoli, decorated with sliced olives, filled with juicy and tasty filling of tuna stuffed with crab sticks.

Ingredients

  • Broccoli

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Lime

    1 tsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Crab sticks

    8 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Olives

    1 can

Cook broccoli, cool and grind in a blender with 2 tablespoons of sour cream.

Beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt to the white state, add 1/4h. L. soda, 2 tbsp flour, chopped broccoli and mix everything carefully.
