Cooking
A head of cabbage to separate the leaves and boil them until soft.
Walnuts finely break or chop.
Finely chop the onion and fry in sunflower oil.
Carrots to grate and combine with rice.
Also add the nuts, onion, garlic, soy sauce. Mix well.
On a soft cabbage leaf, put the filling and wrap.
Stuffed cabbage put in the form. Tomato sauce diluted with water (I dissolved 1 tablespoon of the sauce in 3/4 Cup water), pour them stuffed and put in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes.
The finished cabbage rolls sprinkle with herbs and serve. BON APPETIT!!!
