Fish-potato gratin
A delicious and hearty dish of fish and potatoes. Today is fish day :)))

Ingredients

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Flour

  • Greens

  • Milk

    120 ml

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Fish

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Ginger

  • Spices

Cooking

Fish wash, cut the belly and remove the backbone.

Cut the carcass into strips.

Spice mix with salt

And RUB the fish.

Now peel potatoes, boil it and make mashed potatoes with milk and butter.

Add fresh herbs and ground ginger.

While the potato is cooking, fry fish strips in vegetable oil. Literally 5 minutes on each side.

Lay out on oiled baking dish.

On top of mashed potatoes.

And again fish. And Again, mashed potatoes.

Sprinkle with grated cheese. And into the preheated oven.

Bake 20-25 minutes - until Golden brown.
