Egg rolls
Many of us have probably been doing ever lavash rolls. And then, as I have decided to prepare rolls of scrambled eggs, they look no different from Japanese. But what I like is the fact that they can be prepared with any filling.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Cucumber

    4 piece

  • Soft cheese

    140 g

Cooking

Beat eggs with milk and salt. Bake pancakes as usual

Grease them with butter and cool. Boil the rice in salted water until tender. Cucumbers cut into cubes.

Spread the cream cheese pancakes

Half of pancakes to lay out the cucumbers, and top rice

Collapse rolls.

The finished rolls to cool. Cut them into rolls and put them bars on lettuce leaves.

For rolls I used the rice from TM"Mistral"
