Puff pie with potatoes and greens
My favorite puffs. At the time it was my debut with the pies.

Ingredients

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Greens

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Green onions

  • Potatoes

    400 g

  • Puff pastry

    500 g

  • Nutmeg

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

The dough defrosted. Peel the potatoes and mash it into a puree.

Green onions wash and cut into thin rings. Mix the potatoes with grated cheese, egg, green onion and chopped greens. Season the mass with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

The dough thinly roll out, cut out the squares. Put in the middle of each with 1 tbsp filling, fold the squares into triangles and glue the edges.

Put the patties on a greased baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg yolk. Prick in several places with a fork to bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. Bon appetit!
