Just had dinner with her husband and immediately put. Light juicy rolls with vegetables and sauce. Might be worth a try? Recipe taken from the magazine "Lisa"

Cooking
The products required.
Beans boil in salted water. Drain in a sieve.
Schnitzels to beat slightly, if not very thin, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. On top lay the fence from the beans.
To roll the roulade. To stab the edges with toothpicks.
Spread in a greased form in the oven for 45 min. at 200 deg. The original had fry the rolls in the pan, but I decided to cut the calories and so baked.
Prepare sauce: In a pan melt the butter.
Add the broth and bring to boil.
As in the original rolls are fried in butter, and when they are removed, there continue to cook the sauce, the sauce takes on the color. But I'm not roasted and for color added a bit of ketchup. The choice is yours. Now thicken our sauce.When ready, strain through a strainer to avoid lumps.
Tomatoes and onions cut into cubes.
To the vegetables add the leftover casserole, salt, olive oil and wine vinegar. Mix well.
On a plate spread some sauce on top of the sliced roll and salad vegetables. Sprinkle with herbs. BON APPETIT!!!
