Cooking
Prepare the prunes as I didn't have to hand prune, I replaced it with on dates. Prunes (dates), I took 150 grams, to fill the hours in the boiling water, then squeeze out the seeds and finely chop (I rescued immersion blender, perfectly spurious dates)
Wash 1 orange and on a fine grater grate the zest of the whole orange

Pour 1 Cup sour cream (I have a small jar sour cream "Prostokvashino" 15% fat, 180 grams) and 1 teaspoon of hydrated soda. Mix thoroughly
Pour 1.5 cups of sifted flour, mix well, the dough add vanilla or grated orange peel. Pour the batter into the pan (the bottom of the form I have covered with baking paper and the sides greased with butter). Shape: diameter-28 cm; depth-6.5 cm Baked at 150 degrees for 40 minutes
Cream: 100 grams of butter + 1/3 cans of condensed milk + prunes + walnuts = mix it all together. Walnuts not strongly ignited in the pan (shredded in a blender)
Glaze: 3 tablespoons milk + 1 tbsp cocoa + 0.5 cups of sugar = put on low heat and stir = until the sugar is dissolved, 1-2 minutes, stirring, then remove from heat
The ready cake was not high, as a large form (for the form need a double portion of the test, then it will be more elaborate)

Upper Korzh grease warm glaze (dries fast!!!), did a double portion.
Leave overnight in the fridge. It is possible to decorate as you please! I decorated with grated milk chocolate and coconut!!! Enjoy your drink!!!😚
