A very simple recipe for delicious roasted pork, with cooking which can handle any beginner cook, and taste worthy of its filing at any restaurant! Crispy, flavorful crust, tender and juicy meat inside, perfectly serve large pieces hot or thin slices in chilled - for a snack!

Ingredients

    2.6 kg

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    200 ml

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Salt

I started to cook meat in the evening, so for lunch the next day hot she was on the table (for chilled meat for a snack according to the time need more); pork dry with paper towels;
