Very fresh and spicy salad. Spicy vinaigrette offsets the sweetness of the pears and the buttery coconut, pomegranate seeds and sunflower seeds lend hrustenko. The recipe is from the magazine " the Deli."

Cooking
A clove of garlic, peel and finely chop. Mix all the seasoning ingredients. Lettuce wash, dry, fold, pile, cut first lengthwise into 3-4 pieces, then crosswise to make small squares.
Pear cut into small thin slices. The coconut shell and cut use peelers. On a dry pan fry the pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds.
In bowl combine salad ingredients, add pomegranate seeds, sunflower seeds, pour over the dressing. Before serving, sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
