Casserole with two types of cabbage
I had quite a bit of meat, I couldn't think of where to "attach". Here realized. And all were fed, and very tasty it turned out!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Broccoli

    100 g

  • Cauliflower

    100 g

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Curry

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into thin slices.

In minced meat add salt, pepper and curry to taste.

In the form, put first a layer of potatoes (half).

Next onion, roughly chopped (half).

Half of the stuffing.

The mixture of frozen vegetables. I had a mixture of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. You can use any mixture of Your taste. Or fresh vegetables, but they need to boil until soft.

Then again mince.

Onion remaining.

And the remaining potatoes.

Smeshaem egg with cream. Add to this mixture salt, pepper and curry to taste.

Pour the mixture in the casserole.

Put in preheated oven and cook at 200 degrees until the potatoes are done (I have about an hour). 15 minutes before end of baking, sprinkle with grated cheese.
