Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Parmesan

    200 g

  • Crumb bread

    3 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    600 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Parsley

  • Seasoning

    2 tsp

  • Conchiglie

    20 piece

Cooking

Fry the minced meat with the finely chopped garlic and onion. Add in the cooled and separated from the liquid minced grated cheese (2/3 of the total number), bread crumbs, egg and chopped greens. Add salt-pepper or dry seasoning for pasta.

Cook shells as directed on package. Cooking as you like – if al'dente, but a few moments to nagovoriti if cooked through – add 1 minute. Drain the water and cool. Marinara sauce grease a baking dish (approximately 150 g of sauce)

Heat the oven to 200 C. Stuff tightly conciliare meat mixture, spread out in the prepared form up slices.

Spread remaining sauce over shells.

On top of a little sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and put bake for approx. 20 minutes.
