Cheese tartlets
Sharp little mini-sandwiches. A good appetizer to any table.

Ingredients

  • Baton

    0.5 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

  • Vegetable oil

Initially, prepare all the ingredients. I usually take everything "by eye".

Baton cut into as usual, but not thick. Next, each slice cut in half. Pre-grate cheese on a coarse grater into a separate bowl. In another container, again in advance add the mayonnaise 4-5 tbsp and press out the garlic 5-6 cloves - who-likes sharpness.

Then sliced loaf fry on both sides in a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Alternatively, you can just fry the bread in the toaster (who has) made it even tastier.

Not allowing the tarts to cool must be applied with a spoon a mixture of garlic and mayonnaise and immediately sprinkle with this case cheese. Bon appetit!
