Tartlets dessert
Shortbread dough is very tender, tasty toppings. For the competition "Queen of the cocktail."

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    0.66 cup

  • Margarine

    180 g

  • Vanilla

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Cream

    1.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Powdered sugar

    0.66 cup

  • Jelly

    4 pack

  • Fruit

Let's start with the toppings. All 4 multi-colored jelly cover with water. Water take 100 ml less than that indicated on the package. Put 3 jelly in the refrigerator until firm. Fourth jelly to keep the liquid. To whip the cream.

Add in whipped cream and icing sugar. Beat well. Add sour cream and liquid jelly, all beat well. Refrigerate for a few hours.

Frozen jelly cut into small cubes and mix with custard cream. Put in the refrigerator.

Now for the test. Beat the eggs with sugar. Add vanilla and softened margarine, mix well. Small portions add the flour, knead the dough. Put the finished dough in the fridge for 20-30 min.

Roll the dough, cut out circles, lay them in greased molds. Sprinkle beans to make the dough not lost form. Bake at t 200 C for 15-20 minutes to Cool.

Slice the mango and kiwi slices.

Lay the sliced fruit in the tartlets.

And on top of the fruit to spread the cream. Before serving the tartlets must be stored in the refrigerator.
