Pumpkin scones with chocolate
Tender pumpkin muffins with chocolate chips. Perfect for Breakfast! If there are ready-made pumpkin puree, then after half an hour you can enjoy flavorful scones. Help yourself!

First prepare the pumpkin puree. For this pumpkin peel and seeds, cut into slices.

The pumpkin and place in a saucepan, pour hot water, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat until tender, about 10-12 minutes.

Drain the water and blend the pumpkin using tolkushkoy or immersion blender. Cool. Measure the amount of pumpkin puree the rest to use for another purpose or freeze.

In a bowl add the egg, lightly beat with a whisk, then add the pumpkin puree, milk and to enhance the taste of soy sauce. I use naturally brewed soy sauce TM Kikkoman. Mix well.

Preheat the oven to 200°. Baking tray lay parchment paper, grease lightly and set aside. In a large bowl, mix the flour, chocolate chips, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, spices, set aside.
