Chocolate pasta by Jamie Oliver
The site already has a few recipes for chocolate pasta and they are quite different. This recipe is good because the flour and the basis is nuts, giving "tastes like Nutella". The paste can stored for a couple of months in the refrigerator, unless, of course, will not end early :) will be fast, on bread smeared fine)

Ingredients

  • Hazelnuts

    2 handful

  • Sugar

    40 g

  • Dark chocolate

    180 g

  • Cream

    90 ml

  • Butter

    40 g

Jamie advises to warm the nuts for 10 minutes at 200 degrees in the oven. I didn't want to heat the oven for a handful of nuts, so I did it on a hot griddle. After warm up, with nuts will easily separate the husk.

To break the hazelnuts with the sugar in a blender.

It took me a couple of minutes on turbo mode, the walnuts turned into a paste

Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave, add the cream and butter at room temperature

Mix chocolate and peanut

Put the paste in a sterilized jar and refrigerate
