Salad
After the holidays with plenty of delicious hearty meal I want something light. For those who want to unload, I suggest a light salad with lots of greenery and citrus. Cooked very quickly, and the ingredients for salad for sure you still have.

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • The chicken legs

    1 piece

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Mandarin

    2 piece

  • Grapefruit

    0.5 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    0.25 cup

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Lettuce rinse, Pat dry and cut into large strips. I used lettuce and iceberg lettuce "iceberg".

Put lettuce in salad bowls or kremanki.

Celery cut into thin slices. And put on the salad.

Smoked or cooked chicken, freed from skin and cut into slices. Spread in a chaotic manner. For a very lightweight option, you can skip this step.

Avocado clean, remove the bone, cut into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice to avoid darkening. Sent in a salad bowl.
