After the holidays with plenty of delicious hearty meal I want something light. For those who want to unload, I suggest a light salad with lots of greenery and citrus. Cooked very quickly, and the ingredients for salad for sure you still have.

Cooking
Lettuce rinse, Pat dry and cut into large strips. I used lettuce and iceberg lettuce "iceberg".
Put lettuce in salad bowls or kremanki.
