Stuffed zucchini with sausage
This recipe can be cooked eggplant.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Sausage

    4 piece

  • Ketchup

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Garlic

    2 piece

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

Thoroughly wash the zucchini. Not clearing from the peel, cut lengthwise into 2 parts, with a sharp knife carefully remove the pulp.

The middle of the zucchini brush with melted butter, salt and pepper to taste.

The flesh of the zucchini (without the seeds) grind in a blender (or just mash with a fork).

Add to the pulp processed cheese and mash all together now. To mass add gradually one egg, while constantly stirring. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Inside of each prepared zucchini, place 1-2 sausages, brush them with ketchup and cheese pasta, top with grated cheese posypte.

Place zucchini on prepared baking sheet, greased with oil, put in a well-heated oven for about 40 minutes. Ready zucchini sprinkle with garlic and garnish with parsley.
