Dumplings with lamb
Delicate pastry with juicy stuffing will not leave indifferent lovers of dumplings.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Water

    0.66 cup

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Zira

  • Greens

  • Yogurt

Sifted flour pour slide on a work surface, in the middle, pour in the egg yolks, kneading dough, gradually pour in the water, at the end add the vegetable oil. Knead the dough at least 15-20 minutes, this is done for elasticity. The dough should not stick to hands and be sufficiently elastic and not very "cool".
