Pie with apricots and almonds
A wonderful, sour-sweet, apricot-almond cake... a Great end of the evening meal.

Ingredients

  • Apricot

    500 g

  • Crackers

    10 piece

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Almonds

    25 g

  • Jam apricot

    100 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch
