Cooking
In a bowl combine the two kinds of flour, sugar, baking powder and the zest of half a lemon.
Add the sliced cold butter. Grind hands crumbs.
Add berries (I had blackcurrant) and gently mix, trying to keep as little of the berries burst.
Pour in the milk and gently stir with a spatula, flattening the dough.
The resulting dough is rolled into a pancake thickness of 2-2,5 see, I rolled right on a sheet of parchment paper that is greased with vegetable oil.
Transfer the parchment with the dough on a baking sheet, cut our pancake into pieces, sprinkle with sugar and put to bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until scones begin to brown.
