Lean Apple pie with apples in the lemon glaze
My husband loves Apple pie, but in post it. And one day I made a lean version of the cake - HE was thrilled! Now we always have on the table is Apple pie: and in the perilous days and Lenten holidays. Try it and You! ;)

Ingredients

  • Water

    250 g

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Lemon peel

  • Vanilla

  • Powdered sugar

    75 g

Cooking

In water to dissolve the sugar and salt, pour vegetable oil. Add lemon juice and vanilla.

Pour the flour with the baking powder, mix until smooth.

Apples peel, cut into slices. Each serving at once to mix the dough so that the apples are not darkened.

Add lemon zest, mix well.

Put the dough into the form, bake at 180*C for about an hour until dry sticks.

For the glaze, mix the remaining lemon juice and powdered sugar. ***Prepare the icing before applying to cake, my in this time the "stale", the powder melted and the glaze is liquid, but the taste is not affected.***

The finished cake remove from the form, cool, pour glaze.
