Description
Treat yourself on fast days fish in tomato sauce. Pulling out of the fridge, warming is not necessary, a cold fish in tomato sauce even tastier.
Cooking
The fish is cleaned, washed, cut into portions, roll in flour and fry in sunflower oil.
Separately make the marinade. Onion cut into cubes, carrot cubes, or coarse grater, salt cucumber in small cubes, saute the vegetables in the pan, add the tomato paste, stir, add 2 Cup boiled water (to the marinade to cover the fish), sugar, pinch salt, teaspoon, Bay leaf, pepper to taste.
