This recipe I saw a wonderful chef, Vladimir Pavlov in his program "Banal Kitchen Pavlova". This is a great recipe for weekend Breakfast - I use it (with minor modifications) for several years. Pancakes turn out very flavorful, tender and delicious. Often cook them for my wife - she really likes you. On this site I found some similar recipes, but they differ in the ingredients. The closest recipe uses soy sauce and wasabi - I tried to reproduce it. For my taste the Asian touch is interesting, but I like the recipe with the ingredients of Vladimir Pavlov. So I decided to publish the original recipe. In this recipe very successfully combines the tastes of celery, Apple and mint with a sweet-tart touch of sour honey and a hint of lemon. Meanwhile, make the sauce. Take the Apple sauce and simmer in a pan with butter and 1 tbsp lemon juice over medium heat. To taste add sugar - flavor should be intense, sweet and sour. Simmer 5 minutes and 10 until thick
Allow the apples to cool and put in the blender.
Chop mint leaves and add to the blender. Add horseradish.
