Very satisfying salad. In the salad I used a homemade cheese for this recipe http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/126 417/ from pawarenga maTilda88, for which many thanks! Cheese it turns out very tender with a light lemon note, which adds special taste to our salad. As well to make this salad with a slightly salty cheese, combining with soft cheese.

Cooking
The products that we need. Beans pre-soaked and welded. Beets and carrots are welded and cleaned.
Beets and carrots separately grate on a coarse grater
Cheese finely chop
Finely chop the ham, garlic and nuts are chopped finely
Mix carrots, ham, beans, half the garlic, add the yogurt and mayonnaise, mix well
The beetroot mix with the walnuts, remaining garlic, mayonnaise and yogurt.
Put carrot mixture in center and beets around.
Sprinkle top of cheese.
