Salad with salmon and cod liver
For some reason now cod liver oil is rarely found on the menu. Meanwhile, this delicacy from the Soviet grocery orders relevant today no less than then: it is solid in vitamins A and D help to keep the skin young and bright eyes. By the way, cod liver do that very highly beneficial "fish oil"! Recipe and information from the magazine "Bread/Salt".

Ingredients

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Cod liver oil

    1 can

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

Cooking

Red onion finely chopped. Mix wine vinegar, vegetable oil TM "Oleyna", sugar and onions. Let stand 5-7 minutes.

Apples cut into strips, pour the lemon juice. Salad shred.

From salmon and cod liver to drain the fluid. Canned mash with a fork.

Mix all ingredients, fill received sauce.
