Warm salad with beans large
Two very hearty salad that can be served as a separate dish and as a garnish.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    450 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Balsamic

    1 tsp

  • Lemon

    0.3 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Ramsons

    3 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    2 pinch

  • Pine nuts

    1 handful

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Here are my beans.

Beans cook defrosting 25 minutes. Add salt at the end of cooking.

Onion cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper and season with herbs de Provence. Pine nuts slightly dry to the pan.

For the sauce, mix the vinegar /I have a white grape/, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and zest, salt, sugar and Your favorite oil. Wild garlic finely chop the cheese finely nastrogat.

Pour the bean sauce, add the garlic and nuts, sprinkle with cheese. I used the Lithuanian equivalent of Parmesan.

The salad is ready! Instead of cheese we often use the bacon. This is a very hearty and delicious!
