Stuffed zucchini
...I was blinded him from what was... the Remains of meat, vegetables + good mood! Honestly, I didn't expect that to happen.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    0.5 piece

  • Minced meat

    150 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Figure

    4 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Parsley

  • Dill

  • Basil

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Need it for cooking. It took me half of this squash. Carrots already half in the photo.

For the filling: Carrots to grate. The peppers and onions finely chop.

Ground beef, pepper, onion and carrots and fry on medium heat for 5 min. in vegetable oil.

Boil the rice, finely chop the parsley and dill and add to the fried meat. Stuffing season with salt and pepper and cool slightly. Then add the egg and mix well. The stuffing is ready.

Accepted for pub. Clean it, cut into plates with a thickness of about 2 cm.

Then scrub with a knife the middle with seeds and spread on a pan with vegetable oil (2 tablespoons, so it was not very greasy). Spread the filling into the prepared zucchini. Themselves salt the zucchini, filling the already salty. Pour into a pan of boiling water to 1/2 the height of the zucchini. This is to ensure that the courgettes don't seethe! Pour carefully so the water doesn't get inside of the courgettes with the stuffing. Broth salt pepper, add tomato paste. Zucchini stew under a lid on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Pour zucchini-tomato broth, sprinkle with Basil and simmer for another 5 minutes.
