Orange cake with poppy seeds
Very tasty cupcake! High, fluffy and soft! Of products available and simple to prepare, which comes in handy in the pre-holiday rush. Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Serum

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Brown sugar

    1 cup

  • Orange zest

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    11 g

  • Balsamic

    1 tsp

  • Mac

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Orange zest to RUB on a medium grater or large. I used a grater for Korean carrot. Add the eggs, sugar, vegetable oil. Beat with a mixer couple of minutes.

Pour balsamic vinegar and whey, mix well.

Add the baking powder and flour, beat with a mixer couple of minutes.

Add the poppy seeds ( not pre-steamed), and carefully stir the dough. Form of grease with vegetable oil and pour the batter. Send a cake in the oven at 180 g for 40 min. the Finished cake to decorate on your own.
