French crackers
Delicious crispy cookies. Very easy to prepare. Like anything special, but they bake the third day in a row:) going to Eat one, eat the second... Try to break away no strength!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    7 Tbsp

  • Condensed milk

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Pre-frozen butter cut into chunks, add flour and salt, grind the mixture with your hands. Add sour cream and sugar

Roll the dough into a ball, wrap it in foil and put into the fridge for maturation for about an hour.

Roll out the dough in the seam, cut out a round shape cookies. Make cuts round shape. I just did recess (not cutting through the dough to the end) knife for apples. Grease each cookie with condensed milk.

Bake on greased baking sheet in a hot oven until Browning. In my oven at 190 gr. took me about 20 minutes.
