Strawberry-Apple dessert
In the strawberry season it is a sin not to make a strawberry - Apple dessert. I invite you to visit. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Strawberry

    400 g

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Mascarpone

    250 g

  • Yolk egg

    4 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

Ingredients.

For the strawberry sauce: strawberries grind in a blender to puree, adding the powdered sugar and lemon juice.

From orange squeeze juice.

Prepare the apples: heat the orange juice with the sugar, put the chopped small pieces the apples and cook on low heat under a lid until soft. Cool.

Cooked strawberry sauce put in the glasses.

Separately whisk 2 tbsp sugar and the egg yolks.

Add mascarpone, mix well.

Whip the cream and gently mix with mascarpone and egg yolks. Half of the cream put the glasses on the strawberry sauce.

Then put the apples, and top with remaining cream and whole berries. Chill the dessert for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator and serve. Bon appetit!
