Candy with dried fruits and beans – delicious and at the same time, healthy treat that will appeal not only adults but also kids. The beneficial properties of the beans and dried fruits are quite diverse, it's just a storehouse of many minerals, vitamins and nutrients that are beneficial to human health.

Cooking
Soak the beans in cold water for 4 hours, then cook until tender.
All dried fruit wash, pour hot water for 30-40 minutes. The softer the fruits is, the less time they should be soaked and Vice versa.
Beans and dried fruits grind in a blender (or skip in a meat grinder). Add the juice and zest of half a lime (it will give a piquant acidity). Mix well. Put into the refrigerator for 2 hours, and preferably overnight.
To form balls the size of a small walnut, roll them in any coating of your choice (I chopped the hazelnuts and pistachios, baby chocolate chips, and shavings of white and dark chocolate).
