Offer you a recipe of chicken breast stuffed with cream cheese and pickled cucumbers. A simple recipe, and it turns out juicy, tender, tasty and looks nice even on the holiday table.

Cooking
Take pickles. I opted for the crispy Cucumbers TM "6 acres." RUB on a coarse grater.
Take cottage cheese, add grated pickles.
There also put the mustard with the beans and chopped dill. Salt is not added. All mix well.
Take a chicken breast, beats her to a thickness of about 1 cm.
Smear the breast with the stuffing, leaving three sides of a bit of empty space to when baking the filling doesn't come out.
Wrap the breast in strips of smoked bacon, it took me 4 strips on one roll. Put the roll in any convenient form for baking. I used a plate made of stainless steel, which I got from the restaurant with the 80-ies. Oil not grease. Put in heated to 200 degrees oven, bake 30 minutes.
