When you have finished the boiled rice, the dish is prepared instantly! Cut small dice the onion, bell pepper and zucchini.
On a heated pan pour just a teaspoon of olive and sunflower oil. Put 2 cloves of garlic. Fry them until Golden brown and take out. They gave up their flavor and are no longer needed.
Pour our vegetables into the pan. Fry for literally 2 minutes.
On top, add green peas. Let's stir and cook for 1 minute.
Green onions and 1 minute.
